Pat's Rolls

Mix All Together (I use a large wire wisk)
1 TBS Yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 cube Butter, melted
3/4 cup Milk (pour melted butter into milk to cool butter before mixing with eggs)
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten

**Mix in**
1 tsp Salt
4 cups Bread Flower

Use a wire whisk until it gets to thick, then mix with a wooden spoon (or your hands)
Mixture will be a little sticky.

Cover and let raise till double. (100 degrees in convection is the fastest)
Punch down, roll out (use lots of flour if dough is still sticky)
Cut out with a glass and roll out to elongate the circle. Then fold in half.

Put shaped rolls on the pan and let raise again, till double.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 400`

(I usually 2 times this recipe)
