2 TBS Margarine **melt, then add** 2 TBS Flour **stir in till creamy, then add** 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper **stir, then add** 2 cups milk (add the milk slowly while stirring to avoid clumping)
Keep stirring until white sauce thickens, then add... 2-3 TBS Chip beef (cut up into little squares)
I buy the CHEAP chip beef and cut up REALLY small..
Also, this white sauce is really yummy on biscuits (for biscuits and gravy)
3 oz Lime Jello 3 oz Lemon Jello 3 oz Orange Jello 3 oz Strawberry Jello 3 oz Raspberry Jello 3 oz Black Cherry Jello
Dissolve each Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Then divide in half, pouring 1/2 cup jello in two bowls.
Mix 1/3 cup yogurt to one bowl Add 3 TBS cold water to the other bowl.
Layer in 9x13 pan letting each layer set up in between. (about 30 minutes) **Start with lime Jello yogurt mix, then lime Jello water mix, then lemon Jello yogurt mix ect...**
Melt 6 TBS butter/margarine in a 9 x 13 pan (I use a smaller pan 9x9 for thicker pancakes)
When Melted, pour batter in pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 450`
(when done it will puff up around all the edges and have a puddle of butter in the middle, I usually pour the excess butter out to avoid the extra fat)
2 cans Cream of Chicken 1 can Chicken Broth 3 Chicken Breasts (can put in crock pot frozen) 1/2 bag carrots (chopped) Celery (however much you prefer) Salt and Pepper to desired taste
**Cook all day**
1/2 hour before dinner add egg noodles & shred chicken.

4 Chicken breasts. (Skinless & Boneless) 4 slices of Provolone Cheese 4 thin slices of Ham 1/4 cup Flour 1 Egg (beaten) 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup Chicken Broth 1 cup Whipping Cream
Pound chicken breast to 1/4 thickness. Sprinkle each side of chicken breast with Salt and Pepper Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each chicken breast. Fold chicken breast in half (use toothpick to hold if necessary) Dredge each in flour, shake off excess, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish (pre-sprayed with Pam) Place 1 TBS Butter on each piece of Chicken
Bake at 350` for 35 minutes.
Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine Chicken Broth and Whipping Cream; Season to taste. (Salt, Pepper, Chicken Seasoning ect..) Simmer on low, stirring until thickened. Pour over chicken.
Mix All Together (I use a large wire wisk) 1 TBS Yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water 1 cube Butter, melted 3/4 cup Milk (pour melted butter into milk to cool butter before mixing with eggs) 1/2 cup Sugar 3 Eggs, beaten
**Mix in** 1 tsp Salt 4 cups Bread Flower
Use a wire whisk until it gets to thick, then mix with a wooden spoon (or your hands) Mixture will be a little sticky.
Cover and let raise till double. (100 degrees in convection is the fastest) Punch down, roll out (use lots of flour if dough is still sticky) Cut out with a glass and roll out to elongate the circle. Then fold in half.
Put shaped rolls on the pan and let raise again, till double.
